The CryptoCitizens community is voting on which nominees should receive a CryptoParisian minting reservation:

Voting:

•  1 vote per CryptoCitizen held
•  Votes can be distributed across CryptoCitizens. For example, your 1 CryptoCitizen can be used to give 4 people 0.25 votes each.
•  130 nominees who will receive the most votes from the CryptoCitizen holders will receive a minting reservation to mint a CryptoParisian at Bright Moments Paris February 21-24 in Le Marais and join the DAO.

Nomination Guidelines

Here are the guidelines we recommend considering when placing your vote:

•  Nominee must be able to physically visit Bright Moments Paris on February 21-24.
•  Nominee should be interested in learning more about generative art and crypto, it is totally okay if you have never used or owned cryptocurrency in the past.
• Nominee should be willing to engage in the community after minting, including participating in governance votes, coming to physical events, or joining in the discussion via Discord or Telegram.
• Nominee demonstrates our CryptoCitizen virtues: courage, empathy, curiosity, creativity, patience

BRT-24 CryptoParisian community nomination

### tl;dr
Incentivize holders to collect Full and Ultra Full Sets (UFS) by providing better odds during upcoming airdrops.

### Proposal
Citizens held as part of a Full Set or UFS receive 1.5x and 2x odds respectively in the upcoming Paris & Venice CryptoCitizen airdrops.

This modification would not allow the same CryptoCitizen to win two minting reservations, it would simply change the odds that any Citizen held as part of a Full Set or Ultra Full would be chosen during the raffle. Citizens held in the same wallet as a Full or UFS do not receive increased odds. 

Argument **FOR**:
~40% of Citizens are held by Full Set holders, representing a sizable minority that is deeply invested in the success of the project. Airdrops were originally designed to reward people for staying engaged and make it easier to collect Full Sets. Communities tend to follow the 1% rule, where a small percentage of holders are responsible for the majority of new content that others benefit from. We want to reward this group of holders by giving them increased odds of earning a Citizen in the upcoming airdrops, thereby allowing them to maintain their Full Set and encouraging ongoing participation. 

Argument **AGAINST**:
Favoring Full Set holders with increased airdrop odds could reduce the participation of smaller, individual holders. We have a large number of holders who only hold a single Citizen, and although this only reduces their odds of winning by 0.002%, the perceived difference may cause negative feelings from this group. 

### FAQ

**Q: What if my Full Set / UFS is split across multiple wallets that I control?**
A: After the snapshot we will reference delegate.cash to combine assets across wallets that are delegated.

**Q:  What if I have a Full Set, plus some additional Citizens? Do those also get the multiplier?**
A: No, only Citizens that make up a Full Set or UFS will be included in the multiplier. Additional Citizens will receive standard odds of being selected.

Q: Does this mean someone with 8 Citizens could win 12 times? 
A: No. The maximum number of times a wallet can win is equal to the number of Citizens held. Even if a Citizen has increased probability of being selected, it cannot win twice. 

**Q: What about the waitlist?**
A: Any wallets that do not win in the original airdrop may enter a waitlist. The waitlist will not provide additional benefits to Full Set or UFS holders, and wallets that won in the first round cannot enter the waitlist. This is intended to help give individual Citizen holders who are active a greater chance of winning.

**Q: Can I win more than once on the waitlist?**
A: No, a wallet on the waitlist can only win once. 

**Q: If I split my Citizens across multiple wallets and join the waitlist, does that mean I can win more than once?**
A: No. We have systems in place to detect suspicious onchain activity, and any wallets suspected of gaming the waitlist will be disqualified.

BRT-23: Increase airdrop odds for Full Set and Ultra Full Set holders

About Chris:
Chris Wood is an artist, poet, and actor who has produced events and organized communities across LA for two decades.

He entered the NFT space in the spring of 2021 with a Film3 Poetry project and quickly came across a fledgling Bright Moments on Instagram, where he was lucky enough to mint a CryptoVenetian that July. 

Since then he’s been incredibly active in many different NFT, Art, and Music communities, hosting and producing various events, and working with several Non-Profit Orgs across Los Angeles.

Chris Wood is looking forward to the future of a merging IRL Art & Tech, and is passionate about continuing the resurgence of the Venice Bright Moments community.

### tl;dr
Double the airdrop odds of winning a CryptoCitizen minting reservation for wallets that participate in the upcoming City governance vote.

### Proposal
Wallets that participate in City Selection snapshot votes will receive a 2x multiplier on their odds for any CryptoCitizens held during the subsequent Citizen airdrop.

This modification would not allow the same CryptoCitizen to win two minting reservations, it would simply double the odds that any Citizen held in an active voting wallet would be chosen during the raffle.

As an example, a wallet with 1 Citizen that votes on the location of City 8 would receive double odds of winning a CryptoTokyoite minting reservation airdrop.

### Argument FOR:
Rewarding voters with increased airdrop odds is an effective way to incentivize participation in governance decisions. By doubling the odds for wallets that participate in the upcoming City governance vote, more people may be motivated to engage in the process, leading to greater voter turnout and a more engaged community. This could ultimately benefit the project as a whole, as it could lead to more informed decisions and a stronger sense of community ownership.

### Argument AGAINST:
Favoring active voters with increased airdrop odds could reduce the effectiveness of the Citizen airdrop as a reactivation mechanism. Additionally, it may incentivize people to vote solely for the chance at a greater reward, rather than for the benefit of the project as a whole. As per our announcement on March 10th, 10% of all Berlin Collection primary sales are going to be donated to Ukraine relief efforts 🇺🇦 The purpose of this proposal is to select the organizations the funds (31.05 ETH) will go to. Bright Moments narrowed down the reputable and effective organizations in several different categories: humanitarian, military, art, LGBTQI, medical, and cultural.
CryptoCitizens are invited to vote and prioritize organizations from the list. In order for a charity to receive donation funds, it must hold at least 10% of votes cast. The outcome of this vote will determine how the funds will be divided and distributed to charities based on the % of votes received.

Kyiv Biennial is an international forum for art, knowledge, and politics that integrates exhibitions and discussion platforms. It adopts an interdisciplinary perspective at the intersection of the humanities, socially engaged art, and political activism in order to reflect on the crucial issues of the contemporary world. Since the first days of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, the Kyiv Biennial has launched the Emergency Support Initiative for the members of the artistic and cultural community in Ukraine finding themselves in need. Its main goal is to support people remaining in the country and to provide them with immediate financial relief under the conditions of occupation and/or relocation.

### 2. Sergei Pritula Foundation  (military/humanitarian aid)

One of the most effective organizations on the ground in Ukraine, transporting and coordinating delivery of military and humanitarian aid. The founder, Serhiy Prytula is a well-known public person who has been volunteering since 2014. The Foundation of Serhiy Prytula has been supplying equipment, medical supplies and vehicles. Now, in the challenging times of the Russian invasion they also help deliver humanitarian aid to the civilians affected by war. The foundation opened its own logistic centers at the border with Poland and in Lviv for more effective cargo shipping from Europe to Ukraine.

### 3. Hospitallers medical battalion (medical)

Hospitallers is a Ukrainian volunteer organization of paramedics who are saving lives at the front lines right now. Its members are doctors and people of various professions and ages who volunteered to join the first aid squad and deliver life-saving support to all in need. The Hospitallers team unites 220+ volunteers in 64 crews. They deliver emergency aid in the regions of Kyiv, Mykolaiv, and Mariupol.

### 4. OutRight Action International (LGBTQI)

OutRight launched a Ukraine Fund because, in times of crisis, LGBTIQ people face higher risks. As soon as the Russian war on Ukraine began, OutRight’s partner organizations in Ukraine and surrounding countries reached out for help. As the invasion worsens, displaced LGBTIQ people are fleeing Kyiv and the eastern part of the country, forced to migrate to rural areas and to the west - including to other EU countries. 100% of donations to OutRight’s Ukraine Fund are being disbursed directly to local LGBTIQ partners supporting our community in Ukraine and neighboring countries. Contributions are providing emergency assistance to LGBTIQ people who need safe shelter, food, competent medical care, transportation for those who are fleeing, and other types of humanitarian support.

### 5. Aid For Ukraine (humanitarian)

Initiative is powered by the Everstake, Kuna and Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.  Aid For Ukraine is cooperating with the cryptocurrency exchange FTX which converts crypto funds received into fiat and sends the donations to the National Bank of Ukraine. This marks the first-ever instance of a cryptocurrency exchange directly cooperating with a public financial entity to provide a conduit for crypto donations. All funds raised through this effort go directly towards aiding Ukrainians and support of relief programs.

### 6. Ukrainian Emergency Art Fund (art/culture)

The Ukrainian Emergency Art Fund, organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA)  in partnership with Zaborona, The Naked Room and Mystetskyi Arsenal , raises funds to distribute to Ukraine-based independent artists, curators, art managers, researchers, culture workers and cultural organizations in need of support to maintain a basic standard of living and security.  Ukraine Emergency Art Fund provides a one-time financial aid or stipends for up to 3 months for cultural workers (limited number of stipends is available) It also ensures the visibility of Ukrainian culture in Ukraine and abroad by supporting ongoing creative and researched-based activity of artists, curators, theoreticians, researchers, and other cultural workers in Ukraine and abroad.

### 7. Artists at Risk, Perpetuum Mobile (art/culture)

ARTISTS at RISK (AR) is a non-profit organization active at the intersection of human rights and the arts. Since 2013, AR has built a network of arts and non-profits, municipalities, states and international organizations to assist, relocate and fund artists who are at risk of persecution, oppression or fleeing war or terror. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, currently over 500 hosting institutions have joined the platform across Europe in order relocate and support the over 1000 art practitioners at risk from Ukraine. Recently UNESCO has announced a scheme in partnership with Artists at Risk (AR) to support female artists fleeing the war from Ukraine. Artists will be hosted by cultural and hosting institutions across Europe, and will be provided extensive financial assistance, networking opportunities, and chances to grow and expand in their field. Support will be provided for a minimum of three months.
