Galacticans transported to Earth in order to guide the DAO through it's global expansion and ensure that all future members upheld the CryptoCitizen virtues: courage, empathy, curiosity, creativity. Galacticans provide voting and governance rights in the Bright Moments DAO as well as access to future drops.
